New commerce power centre at 364 St. Vincent

This property at 364 St. Vincent Street is slated for a major renovation. 

After many months of planning, PBM Realty Holdings is in the final stages of preparing the property for a significant upgrade.

The project involves creating several new units inside the building, ranging in size from two units of 3,950 square feet, one space at 6,750 square feet, another at 7,900 square feet, and the largest unit at 15,600 square feet.
