Today and the Future

PBM Realty Holdings Inc. continues to expand in 2012!  With our newest aquisition of 200 Fairview Dr., we have added one of Barrie's best Industrial buildings to our portfolio.  With 25 ft. ceilings, high efficiency lighting, multiple loading and drive in doors and excellent access to Hwy 400 we are better equipped to meet the demands in today's marketplace.

PBM Realty Holdings Inc. also continues to improve it's Property Management division.  In 2011, we approved the upgrade of our computer accounting software which will streamline all of your accounting needs.  This is a major improvement to our current system and is the future of high tech property maangement.  We have also started our quarterly newsletter which is full of valuable information for property owners. The PBM Realty Holdings Inc. newsletter has current information that many property owners are unaware of.  It includes interviews, Q&A and articles written by the qualified contractors & professionals who work in this field. To view previous newsletters click on the NEWS tab. Finally, Phillip Moore, the General Manager for PBM Realty Holdings is now a licensed Sales Representative with Sutton Incentive Inc. in Barrie, ON.  Phillip is currently completing his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) courses which is an indepth study on how to financially analyze Commerical and Industrail Real Estate.  It is an internationally recognized course with only 15 000 members worldwide. Phillip also works in project management and will be overseeing the re-development of 364 St. Vincent and 200 Fairview Dr. into more serviceable units.

We have seen very promising numbers in the first quarter of 2011 and everyone at PBM Realty Holdings Inc. is excited about what the rest of the year has instore!
